What do you mean quicker? All those people that returned the MacBook's over loose battery covers, dust under the screen, bad screens because of VIEWING ANGLE (cause laptops are made to be looked at from the side...) oh and the dumbest reason... slanted F keys.

I've not been following the news closely enough. Are you suggesting these aren't worth a look or will they likely have sorted these issues out?

Although I see you have one yourself, how do you like yours?

I would actually suggest the refurbs because they go through a thorough inspection and probably don't have any of the problems like dust under the screen and such as the BNIB ones. Although I'd like to add that I did get a replacement MacBook for the problem that I had (check one of my threads) and I don't have slanted keys, dust under the screen or loose battery cover on this one (I had that on my first one, October 2008. This one is December 2008)

I love it! I love it more than anything :p

I saw it this morning. It made me think I should have waited. Oh well, Futureshop offered a alubook plus bose speakers and airport express all for 1399 + taxes. Priced match the alubook during boxing day sale at apple + took advantage of FS $99 bundle.
