Alias for IP Address on Shared Tab

I recently connected to an SMB Server and when I mount it to my mac it shows up as the IP address under the Shared Tab....

My question is.... Is there a way to change it so I can specify a name for the server instead of seeing its IP Address?

Below you can see what I'm referring to.
