Alice 2.2 won't run on 10.5.8

I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with the programming program Alice 2.2, but i downloaded it through a CD, and when i go to run the application, it will bounce a few times then just disappear.

I have tried deleting it all then redownloading a few times but the same thing keeps happening, any suggestions?
