The website is registered as "California Milk Processor Board". Perhaps it's a new type of "Got Milk" campaign?
 
I don't know what it's about, but the animation on the website was impressive and hilarious.

I was right.. I'm thinking it's a new take on "Got Milk".

The physical address (720 California St San Francisco, CA 94108) on the submission page points at an advertisement agency called "Goodby Silverstien", who are apparently behind the "Got Milk" ads.

Area -51/ Groom lake, they dont have to answer to anyone on anything, my guess is it aint ET but our own sorry arse govt doing experiments and grabbing cows. Absolute control with no oversight leads to total corruption. You think this is bad you should see what happen when some workers at groom lake sued the govt for exposure to radiation. Turns out they were just dumping and burning nuclear material and they didnt have to answer to the epa or anyone under the guise of national security black projects. The workers lost the case. Our Govt:rolleyes: Liberty ,Freedom and Justice right?
