alittle confused

So i have an iphone 4, and i bought the 4s today
i changed everything over to the 4S
i noticed under notifications that not all my apps are
on there like my iphone 4.
there is only the main ones like phone txt email ext.
is there something i forgot to switch over?

The apple stock apps are there, your purchased apps need to be re-installed, depending on how you set up the new iPhone.
Maybe there are some apps that are not compatible with iOS 5?

all the apps are back on my phone, just not under notifications.
i had ios 5 on my iphone 4 also.
