Alittle help needed

Hi, if anyone has seen my other thread i was askin about recording words onto music, well i did it all on garage band :) thanks to all that helped, the problem now lol is that i export the song to itunes and it is in aif format when i would like it to be in mp3 so it can easly be sent to my mates/put on myspace, the question is is there an app or somewhere in garage band where i can do this????

You can convert to mp3 in the advanced menu in iTunes. If it's not immediately apparent how, you can go to Prefences: Advanced: Importing and select mp3 encoder. Should work then when you go back to the advanced menu.
