I am really confused. None of my notifications are working (for 3rd party apps) and things like Game Center (when trying to do an invite for multiplayer) tells me I have to turn on notifications for GC. They are clearly on in the Notification Center settings. Also, I haven't gotten a single Facebook or Twitter notification, period (when I actually have). Am I missing a vital "Notifications ON" button? I know it was always very apparent in the Settings app before iOS 5, but now I have no idea. I have tons of apps that are enabled to show push notifications (Words with Friends, also), and that isn't displaying any, either. Any ideas? I'm probably just being an idiot. Thanks for the help, though.

You must have just encountered a bug in the beta. Try a hard restart (home and power button for 10 seconds) and if that doesn't work a full restore.
