i got my iphone 5 today and i synched with itunes after i redownloaded it and all my app levels and data have reset please help many hours commited

i got my iphone 5 today and i synched with itunes after i redownloaded it and all my app levels and data have reset please help many hours commited
Did you restore from your previous backup or set the phone up as new? If you set it up as new, everything will be "new".
If the phone was set up as a new iPhone then as said, all the apps will be installed with no data transferred. The only way to get the app data back would be to restore the new phone from a backup of the device that has all of the data.
