All Apple App Stores extremely slow?

Just grabbed the latest OS X El Capitan Beta and that went fast. I have three pending updates for tiny apps (none bigger than 20MB) and they've been downloading for 15+min. My iPhone, similarly, has been crawling on three app updates in the last 30min. Still going for what would normally take no longer than 30 seconds.

Anyone else see this or is it just me?
