All apps lost after iOS4 jailbreak

I followed this guide to jailbreak iOS4 on mac http://www.redmondpie.com/pwnagetool-4.0-jailbreak-ios-4-iph one-3g-3gs/

but I have lost all of my apps. Is there any way of retrieving them?

If you are talking about App Store apps then just re-download them. Same applies to the Cydia apps however some aren't compactable with the latest OS4, check the compatibility before doing so!!
