All Contacts Missing

Good morning,

I manually entered all of my contacts a couple of days ago, and awoke this morning to find they were all gone. I know they were all there as of last night, as I used them quite a bit for texting and making calls. I had ported over all the numbers from my old Treo, which I've already reset, and have now lost all of my numbers, with no easy way to get them back.

Does anyone have even the slightest idea of how this could have happened? I'm using an Exchange account with the phone, but these contacts were put in prior to setting it up from Exchange, and I've set up my Exchange account to only push the Mail, not Calendar or Contacts, so I'm not sure how anything could have been overwritten.

This sucks.

have you backed up the phone since then? you may be able to recover them that way.

are you synching contacts to your Mac or PC? if so the next time you sync they should be restored.
