I have an Iphone 4S which I just upgraded to IOS6 and Macbook pro running Lion.

Under the IOS5 Calendar AND ICal in Lion, when I added an All Day Event, the "availability/show as" defaulted to "Free", which is what I want because I use it as a reminder for something that needs to be completed on that day, NOT as appointment that lasts all day.

But with IOS6, the behavior has changed on the iphone but remains the same on ICal Lion. ICal still defaults to "Free" as I prefer, but when I add an all day event into IOS6, it defaults to "Busy" which then communicates to others that I'm busy the entire day, when I'm not. This is really frustrating.

Any Solutions? Couldn't find this issue in the forums.
