Does iOs8 show all day events in the notification centre.

In iOs7 the notification centre tells me I have 1 event scheduled for tomorrow.
It doesn't however tell what that event is. :(
When tomorrow comes the notification centre shows nothing.
Has this been fixed yet in iOs8?
Can someone test it to see if it has been implemented.

Thanks in advance.

Nope not yet been fixed.

I have a post on known issues which will be updated with other user issues.

Hopefully fixed with beta 3 update slated for Tuesday release

At least you can tap on that "1 event scheduled for tomorrow" text now and it takes you to the calendar app. Not solved but improved at least.

Was this fixed in Beta 3.

If not has it been fixed in Beta 4.

Thanks..

Tapping on it does nothing for me.:(

All Day events do not show in Notification Center as of beta 4.

Definitely would like them to implement this in some way, even if it's just a line saying today is "___" or today's all day-event is "____".

Thanks for your quick reply again Tyler.

I can't for the life of me understand Why Apple took out this function in the first place.

With the GM drawing ever closer it looks like this feature will not be implemented which is a shame. :(

This frustrated the hell out of me. I have a few blog posts on this. Apple made iOS 7 and 8 very text based and took away lots of useful information. The old software told you what is coming up (which is handy) the new software says 'you have things happening'. This is stupidity. The purpose of notification centre is to tell you what is happening at a quick glance.
