All Emails Have No Content

Hi. I recently tried resseting all of my Emails, but now there are No Contents in any of my Emails, and i had alot of very important emails that now have nothing in them. Also, i have tried Restarting the mail And my computer but they still have No contents. How do i get the Emails back?:mad:
