All in One Contact Manager?

I have 4+ Gmail accounts at any given time (depending on contracts) plus contacts on my iPhone, PC, Mac, and more on Facebook. Is there an app or service that will allow me to merge all of the contacts from each of these accounts and sync them to all accounts so that no matter where I access my contacts from they're all the same?
