All in One Screen :S

Sorry for the very bad title, however i couldnt think of a name for it.

Basically what im wondering is, is there any software out that can fulfill my needs below:

Alarm Clock, Plays iTunes tracks
Displays emails in a nice style that requires no interaction
Displays RSS feeds like emails etc
Displays todays calendar and todays events

Im sure i have more requests, but basically im looking for a nice way so when i wake up my mac screen in my warddrobe *faces my bed etc* can display all this information while i get ready for the day.

I would prefer not to have to code another program to fulfill my needs, especially since it would be a reasonable project to even start/maintain

There is a great looking app in the works called CenterStage, which does at least some of these, I think (haven't used it)

Cant all this be achieved with widgets or am I not understanding you correctly?
