All iPhone contacts gone

iPhone 3GS 4.2.1

All my iPhone contacts was suddenly deleted today without any warning! Only thing I can think of, is that I updated to the latest version of the Springpad App in AppStore. Then later when I was going to call, all contacts gone!
How can this happen??

I was lucky to sync all my contacts to my address book on my Macbook a while ago. I synced my contacts in iTunes again.
But after this sync, all my contact pictures where mixed up!

2 major bugs in one day!

About a month ago my contacts disappeared
Yesterday my contacts disappeared again
I did a resync on iTunes and all my contact photos were mixed up.
I had to do a full restore to fix

Anyone any ideas about the cause?

At least I had a small laugh. My contact picture was replaced with a the pic of a Hindu lawyer friend - complete with turban.

Yesterday this happened to me again! This is wierd..

True, I had some laughs too because of mixup of some contact pictures

Solved!

Finally found the reason wha all contacts was deleted for me 3 times...
Have an app called "Opplysningen 1881", this caused the contact list to be corrupt!
An update has come to this app now though..
