Hi

New here (sorry to be asking a question - did search but couldn't find any similar thread)...

Today, my iPhone keyboard keys are suddenly blank, with a black line hovering over the top near the corner (screen attached). I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, and it was working fine earlier. Have restarted the phone, and it's still the same. Has anyone ever seen this before, and if so have any idea how to fix it?

It's an iPhone 5 on iOS 9.1

Thanks very much for any help

Hello there, I see you've done a normal restart but have you tried a hard reset (hold down power button + home button down at the same time until it restarts)?

Beyond that I don't have any immediate suggestions I'm afraid.

Thanks for your suggestion - gave it a try but no luck unfortunately.

It's really weird - I've tried the QWERTZ and AZERTY keyboard variations and they work fine. It's just the QWERTY one that does this!
