Hello,

I recently cleared the harddisk of my MBP (C2D 2.4Ghz, 4 GB Ram, July 2007)
and put Snow Leopard (10a432) on it. (so clean install)

The problems I had with Leopard before installing SL were: kernel_task uses full CPU when firewire attached / fans would come on all the time, even if the CPU was cool enough.

Those problems are STILL THERE in Snow Leopard.

But now, I got even MORE problems! On idle, Firefox 3.5.2 uses around 30% CPU. When playing a youtube/vimeo/whatever movie in EITHER Safari OR Firefox, it is really choppy and CPU goes up to maximum, the fans come on really loud, etcetera.

I know that the Flash Player isn't really optimized on OSX, but COME ON... I didn't have this in Leopard.

Is there any way to revert back to Leopard without having to install it all YET AGAIN!?
