This just started within the last 24 hours. I have blank file icons for files that have been downloaded and deleted within the past day. It persists after a reboot and a trashing of the Finder preference file. Unfortunately I downloaded an XBMC addon earlier and it was a folder full of scripts and the like. Basically these are all I see in All My Files now.

Anybody else experience this?

On what Mac OS X version does this happen?
And when you click on one of those files, what is the path of it (Finder > View > Show/Hide Path Bar)?
And have you emptied the Trash?

I didn't realise "All My Files" was on anything except Lion.

When I select "Open Enclosing Folder" nothing happens.

Here's the Get Info pane.

And, yes, I've emptied the Trash.
