I just got back from vacation (no I didn't take my macbook pro with me) and at the first login, all of my ical dates and times are randomly changed. The day now starts at 2:15 am, and some events have been resurrected from six months ago.
WTF?

Sounds like you turned on time zone support. Just turn it off.

Time zone support was off, but it was on someplace in AUSTRALIA in the master apple preferences menu. Changed it but didn't change ical problem. Will restart computer, and let you know if it works.
thanks
