I went to sleep after using my phone, and when I woke up this morning and turned on my phone, it required my passcode (this may be unrelated since it hadn't asked for my passcode in a long while). When I opened safari my ~30 tabs were gone and all that was open were two unfamilar tabs: google maps and the splash page for google slides. I went to my recently closed tabs and it was all empty. I looked at my safari history and there were a handful of other weird sites that had apparently just been visited that morning. Most were familiar sites that I hadn't visited for months, a couple were completely unfamilar.

No one else has access to my phone, other devices, or icloud account. I went ahead and changed my apple id password just in case. Does it look like I got hacked? How? Anything else I can do to protect myself at this point? Thanks.
