All my push notification settings vanished and had to be reset this am.

I went to open some of my apps that use push and every single one asked me if I wanted to enable push notifications. I went to the notifications and settings and noticed all the apps were gone. I have to open each app, allow push one at a time to get them back. Other application data etc is still intacts. Very strange.
