All Notifications Below Bottom Of Screen?

I recently borrowed a phone and jailbroke it. Now I am having this weird issue. While it hasnt happened today, it was happening during the weekend a lot. My notifications appear halfway below the screen. This isnt a problem if the top notification is a text because I can hit the BiteSMS icon and it comes up. I have a feeling it was a Lockinfo / BiteSMS conflict.

what happens if you disable lockinfo? do they still appear at bottom of the screen like that?

I had the same problem but I use quickreply. Lockinfo just got an update which I'm sure addressed this. Just checked 2.2.0.7 had this fixed.
