All of my apps deleted themselves! - help please!

So I have an iPhone 4, and as I clicked "install" to update some apps, I put my phone down for a bit. Fast forward to now, and now all of my apps, except for the stock apps, are gone.
If I hook my iPhone up back to ITunes will it resync all of the deleted apps back onto my phone?
