All Of The Sudden, I Am Unable To Alt - Tab Between Applications.

Any ideas?

It's random and just happens, it's doing it now.

Also, the dock doesn't show up, I can't make it appear.

Yeah, command tabbing is a sub process of the dock.

Just reboot, or logout/login.
