iPod All or nothing

I have read alot about the recent problems with Itunes 7 and the only problem i have got is that i have encoded loads of TV shows from my Dvd's and added them to Itunes and synced them to my Ipod. Now the problem, no matter what i do i can't sync just some of the tv shows, it just refuses to do it. I have to have them all or none at all, which is really bugging me.

I have had to encode these myself because we cant get these shows in the Uk, they just are not available.

I am going to try and hook my Ipod up to an xp system and see if that works.

Anyone else had this problem.
