All Photos Out of Order

Photos in the 'all photos' tab are out of chronological order in iOS 8.2 B5. The moments tab is fine. When using the photos picker, the 'All Photos' folder here is also fine.

Anyone else got this issue? Is there a fix?

What all photos tab? Is that different than the All Photos folder and the moments tab?... those are the only locations all my photos are all..

I think it's normal. The all photos album shows you photos in order of how they were added to your device not when the actual photo was taken.
