all purchased music in iCloud is missing

hello,

when i go into iTunes store, and into purchased. i get a message that i have no purchased music to download.

i have signed out of iTunes and restarted my mac and tried and it still shows nothing.
I'm confused as too why nothing is showing.

it only seems to affect music, my other purchases like movies and tv shows are fine.
