Set up your track pad as per the screen shot i have taken of my settings and there you have it! works a treat for me

no you can't in the finder or the system perferances !!!

Works fine in the finder for me, just set it to use two or three fingers.

This "bug" has been covered a million and one times now..

I have it setup so four fingers swipes between spaces, three works in finder as expected and two fingers in safari still does scrolling/page forward and back.

four or three fingers up opens mission control. No extra program needed, just in system prefs
