ALL THE NOOBY QUESTIONs In 1 theard! (jailbreak 2.1)

Alright guys i haven't been keeping up with you lately so i have a few questions.
This theard im also making so that people in the future can have answers so they stop posting i thought it would be easier? well see haha =] ....

1.) for jailbreaking iphone 3g 2.1 can i use windows ? pwnage tool or winpwn? quick pwn?

2.) My phone is right now jailbreak 2.0.2 (3G) using custom firmware and quick pwn

3.) If i just press restore and update will everything be normal no signs of jailbreak? well until i jailbreak again haha

and if there is any more ill add
ill keep updating thread by filling in making it like a Q&A

1) You can use windows, but those tools are for mac. look in the forums, there's a topic on how to jailbreak step by step on windows.
