I'm so hyped up about this, really can't wait to get my mits on one. Been stopping myself from using my mates touch because i want my first multi touch experience to be on my iPhone

Though is there any sim unlock software available for the UK iPhones? got a very bad feeling i won't pass the credit check

I hope there is an unlock too, I've had a disagreement with orange that they refused to answer & just sent to debt collectors, so I hope I'm going to be ok.

i'm going to create an itunes account in my girlfriends name and run the credit check through her just to be on the safe side, she just got a phone on contract so will be no problem.

i took the plunge

I just ordered my iphone

i thought it would be took expensive, then i had a master plan!

• orange (strongest coverage in my area) contract £30 a month with a free HTC Touch
• if i like touch then keep it and screw the iphone
• surprise surprise, i didnt like the touch (F***ING STYLUS)
• sell touch for £200 on ebay
• buy iphone for £270 on ebay

so ive ended up with an iPhone on a £30 contract with unlimited texts unlimited calls to my girlfriend family and best mate and 600 anytime any network minutes. fair enough i lose visual voicemail and unlimited edge browsing. but i think ill live

im so excited. finally i can get excited about this phone! all this time ive been moaning about all the iphone coverage...not anymore hehe

Yeah if i can't find a unlock, my mum's offered to have it come from her account and i just pay her back every month (gotta love parents!) but would i still be able to sync my iTunes library to it, seeing as it's all been purchased via another (mine) account?

And with an unlock, wonder if your still get free access to the cloud WIFI spots, their everywhere down here in Plymouth
