I am trying to get an app to launch (papercut to be specific) after users log-in on a Yosemite (10.10) station. I can not use the users panel because they will be logging in through active directory so they do not have a local account. I tried putting a copy of the app in /library/startupitems and /system/library/startupitems, however it will not start. I tried to create and put in some custom plists, but all the instructions were old and so I could have been doing it wrong. Any other ideas?

Are these the instructions: http://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/MacClientStartupWithLaunchd.

Wonderful, all my results form them were for a single user. Works like a charm unlike the one I tried to write myself.
