Every single workout that I have ever done has disappeared from my activity app. All the rings are still filled and all the accomplishments are still there, just every workout is no longer listed for each day and the workouts tab is blank except for my walk today.

I have heal kit syncing enabled in iCloud settings and I'm thinking it's now gone from there as well. I can do a restore from my iTunes backup (yes I only backup to iTunes) from yesterday morning but then I won't get a perfect February.

Has anyone had this happen and been able to get them back other then having to restore?

Among the ways I've found to do this  are:

1. fail to un-pair watch from old phone when switching phones
2. delete "old" Apple Watches in the Health app under Souces > Devices

I'm sure there are others. I was able to solve one such problem by re-pairing the watch with the original phone, then un-pairing it from that phone, then doing a full encrypted backup, then restoring to the new phone. But that doesn't sound like your situation exactly?

Kill the Activity app and restart it. I did a 5K run yesterday and a couple of walks (only just started running) and it showed the movement on the rings but no workouts. I looked at the watch and they were definitely on there so I killed off the app, launched it again and they were there :)

I've tried just about everything I can think of and nothing worked so far.
[doublepost=1517688094][/doublepost]I got it fixed. I restored the backup from yesterday in iTunes. I turned on healthkit syncing and todays workout quickly came back. My watch did this restore/repairing thing on it's own after the restore and nothing was lost. Before the workouts could disappear again, I turned off healthkit syncing again and all is good with the world.

This kind of stuff is why I still do iTunes backups. I hope this thread helps someone else.
