I can't toggle "Allow Apps to Request to Track", on or off; it is greyed out.

I also see the same behaviour for personalise Apple ads under another section, I am sure this is related.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Same with me. Is this something that is only planned to be enabled or is it working in some other countries/regions? I’m localized in EU

I managed to fix the greyed out slider with following steps:

1. logging out from iCloud (Settings—> Apple ID (your picture on the top) —> Sign out (Save copy of your data to iPhone).

- at this point I had the slider enabled

2. logging back to your iCloud account
- the slider still keeps being enabled, even I turned off and on the iPhone
