Allow incoming network connections pop up

Hey,

when ever i launch certain apps, e.g. adium or transmission i am asked if i want the app to allow incoming network connections even though the apps are in my firewall list to allow the connections always.

Any ideas, some has suggested re installing the app but i dont really want the hastle of re installing all my plugins etc for adium
