iPod Allow Simultaneous Downloads?

When downloading large files in iTunes is it best to check the Allow Simultaneous Downloads option or not in terms of how fast the files will be downloaded. I am in the middle of downloading 100+ TV shows so it would help.

I personally do one at a time. Your download speed isn't going to go any faster having multiple downloads at once so you might as well finish up one download as quick as possible.

You could always test it and see which is faster and then tell us.
