Allow Users to Stream Webcam

Hi,

I am looking to allow users to stream their webcam live on my website so they can interact with other users.

Ideally it would be great if I can use H.264, and not be reliant on Flash.

Either way, I've tried looking for some solutions (whether it's paid or free) without much luck.

Any ideas?

Currently, you can't access a webcam without flash. I don't believe there's anything currently in the spec to allow this in the near-future, either.
