Allowing Certain PopUps in Safari?

I love baseball. However, I dont like the fact that GameDay on MLB.com is considered a popup that needs to be blocked. It is annoying to have to turn off the option for blocking popups every time I want to watch a game live.

is there any way I could create a filter for Safari telling which popups I want to allow?

That is a good question. I tried on blogger, and the comments popup does open although I have the popup blocker turn on.
