iPhone 11 Pro Almost Always have this battery issue- now with 11 pro max

I have a 10 day old 11 pro max
Battery life in first 2 days not great- but understandable as was tweaking settings, using a lot, photos indexing in background etc

then from day 3 to 8. Best ever battery performance. Even with heavy use- was still ending the day on 60+ percent

then suddenly last 2 days- battery like it was on my Xs max. Ending day on 10percent. No change in use or apps

I’ve experienced this sudden rapid deterioration on almost all new phones after a couple weeks. And never improves thereafter

any ideas?

how many display on / Usage hours ?
Saying "ending day on 10%" doesn't give us an idea of the usage.

I'm usually ending day with 50% with 4h/4h15 min of screen on time, on my 11 Pro.

Did you set it up as a new phone? If not, give that a try.

Else get it replaced ASAP when you are still in your 14-day period.

I have similar issues with battery on most my devices. In my case it looks like my home WiFi/router is a potential culprit. As soon as I get home the battery begins depleting rapidly.

Turn off iCloud and see if that improves things, If it does then it’s something still indexing or syncing in the background (usually photos).
