I went for a work out with headphones on and afterwards I went to swipe from the Music page of Control Center to the main page to shut do not disturb off. I accidentally swiped the volume slider instead of slightly above, sending the volume to full. It was pretty painful, has anyone else had this happen to them? I talked to Apple support and they told me to restart my device.

iOS 10, iPhone 6S+ (yes, I workout with this thing)

I set the volume limiter for that reason.
