My 2 60 Gb iPods are nearly full. I have about 400 Mb of space.

However, if I make a change to a number of songs (e.g., add lyrics, or change genre/rating, etc), and then do an automatic sync, iTunes will tell me there is no room, even though I haven't actually added any new files. If I do a subsequent sync, it copies over, with the same remaining disk space.

Can someone tell me why it is doing that? And is there a solution?

Apple — we need 80 or 100 Gb iPods NOW!!!!
