Hey guys! I have a question. So I am trying to create a transporter effect in final cut pro 7 (or express, I have both), but I don't have a ton of experience. Anyways, I found this website that tell you how to do it in premiere pro. (http://blogcritics.org/beam-me-up-how-to-make/) I have managed to find equivalents of the stuff in Final Cut so far, but I cannot find anything like Alpha Adjust. I have looked online pretty thoroughly for something similar in final cut, but am unable to find anything. So basically, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for an equivalent thing in Final Cut. Thanks in advance!

If you have Motion, there is a teleporter effect you can use in that. I just used it for an alternate cut of a wedding where the bride and her father beam in. The groom's name is Kirk, so it had to be done really. :D

You just need to have the subjects fade in while overlaying the transporter effect.
