Alphabetic Sort Sync - Safari Bookmarks

I synchronize Safari Bookmarks from MacBook to iPhone with iCloud.
Works fine, but now have a strange issue.

I have sorted the list on the MacBook in alphabetic order using BookMark.app
But the list on the iPhone does not change - stays in the original non-alphabetic order.
I have tied turning off iCloud Safari sync and even restarting iPhone.

Any ideas - what am I missing?

EDIT
OK just answered my own question
1. Turned off Safari sync in iCloud on MacBook
2. Deleted all bookmarks on iPhone
3. Waited 10 minutes
4. Turned on Safari sync in iCloud on MacBook
Now the bookmark folders on iPhone are sorted the same as on the MacBook
