Since folders in iOS7 can hold an unlimited amount of apps, I keep all of my less used apps in one folder (similar to the Applications folder on OS X or the "App Drawer" on Android. This folder now has about 25 apps. Is there anyway for me to alphabetize the apps in this folder without doing so manually? Thanks!

No. All you can do is go into Settings > General > Reset > Home Screen. Your icon layout will revert to it's default state and all 3rd party apps will be alphabetized. Then you can put all the apps in a folder which you don't need (of course, one by one from A to Z). I know this is very difficult but the only way to do this. Hope I could help you ;)

Once in a while I go through my apps and decide if I really even need them.

Haven't used them in a couple weeks? Gone. Download again if needed.

Haven't used them in a month? Probably never needed it.

That's just me. Toying around with new apps, instead of taking a few more breaths of fresh air and enjoying the sunlight while I'm alive on this amazing planet.
