already downloaded cydia but deleted it

I have already downloaded cydia and jailbreaked my iphone 3gs but deleted it on my springboard now when i try and get it back it tells me i have already downloaded cydia and i cant get it back on my springboard

Did you try searching for it using Spotlight (left most page)? It's not possible to get rid of Cydia unless you remove it from the Applications folder using SSH or iFile or if you use the terminal.

You can get rid of with CyDelete if you stupidly change the protection for it.

There are ways to manually install Cydia (see thread below), but it’s probably best to rejailbreak.
