ALT text in Dock Menu

So I have noticed that the text located when I right click any icon from my DOCK MENU has somehow become ugly.

CAPITALIZED and underscores whenever there are two or more words... I really dont remember installing any modifier, what could have screwed things up? Is it ok if not screwed?
