Altering MTU Rate on Airport Extreme

i have an aiport extreme and my ISP tried to configure it for their PPPoE service. It was able to connect to the service however i was able to access some sites but others would not load and applications wouldnt work eg. Windows live messenger and on iTunes Store i could browse but couldnt download or check for purchases. I experienced identical problems on all three of my machines. The ISP concluded that i would need to alter the MTU rate on the router. We have searched thoroughly through the Airport Utility and dont know how to this.

Any help would be most gratefully received.
