I have an unlocked iPhone 5 and am looking for the best option for inexpensive service.

Currently running an iPhone 4S (Verizon) via Net10 Wireless BYOP. It has 3G service (CDMA) and Visual Voicemail. Tried to port the number to the iPhone 5, and it would only activate via GSM, and WITHOUT Visual Voicemail. Must have Visual Voicemail, and not via a 3rd party app. Net10 will not support iPhone 5 via CDMA like they do the 4S.

So who offers service for the iPhone 5 in the competitive $40-45 range that includes the built in iOS Visual Voicemail?

I should add that I prefer the CDMA network regardless due to better coverage in my area.

What about Cricket? Don't know if it works with the visual voicemail but I think it might. Runs on the ATT network and is $45 for 3gb of LTE data.

I will look into this. $45 for 3gb/LTE is reasonable. If VV works and I can put up with the AT&T coverage, might be the best option.
