iPod touch Alternate "Log In" for iTunes

I was thinking that I remembered someone telling me that there was a way to make an "alternate login" for my iPod touch that I just got from a seller on here. The reason that I want to do this is because I have 2 iPods and will need to only put a couple of things onto my Touch.

I would also be open to any other suggestion that anyone might have.
